BTW the Star thing is a mock up of a SAM (Surface to Air Missile) site at a bombing range in nevada. Lots of military exercises have taken place there. If you look closely at the area you will see numerous craters.

I would be interested in seeing the site that you are talking about... I have extensive expierence in imagery analysis and perhaps I could verify if these features are man-made or natural.

Michael,
Are you sure these "sites" are not already known archeological sites?

This not so much a "comment" as a 'report!' and I hope it is being addressed to the right organisation, because I do not know what to do about, or with, this 'discovery' I believe I have made.
I have to state here that this 'discovery'..an archiological discovery! is causing me considerable distress and preoccupation and I would very much like to have it identified so that, basically, I can get on with the rest of my life.
I am sorry if I'm seeming to be somewhat long-winded and unforthcoming in this 'report' but, as I hope you will, in the near future, appreciate, there are good reasons for this.
What I believe I have discovered are several submerged towns or small cities. The photographic (satelite) evidence which I have spent many hours scrutenising ( and which of cause can also be seen by anyone with a computer?) shows quite clear evidence of 'un-natural' geometric structurs (or the foundations of) These 'clusters' of what appear to be the remenants of "towns or small cities" are numerous and spread over an area of several square miles, but each one is in a spescific 'geological environment'
The numerous 'buildings' are seperated by 'streets/roads' which all run in an almost precise north-south, east-west direction.
There are so many 'structures' to be seen and their shapes; though obviously un-natural; are indeed strange and intreguing...to put it mildly.
The obvious question is why have these 'sites' not been discovered before now, especially as they are spread over such a wide area. I believe I have the answer to that Strangley, about three months ago I was visiting this particular country and more than that, I was actually staying in the vacinity of these 'sites' without, of cause, realising it at the time, as I made this 'discovery' only about three weeks ago...my mere coincidence ?
I apologised earlier for being somewhat "unforthcoming" and there are several reasons for this. One being that the location of these 'sites' is of a 'sensitive' nature. this being the best way I can describe it at the moment. Also, I believe, the identification and possible exploration of these 'sites' could have a profound and 'shattering' effect on the history of this particular country and that region, if not indeed that of the world...though I do realise that I may be over exagerating on this; I do long to share all this information with an appropriate and responsible organisation.
I must inform you that my initial reaction to making this discovery was to contact the National Geographic Society by e.mail to their Washington D.C. site. After 3 e.mails they did reply with a very polite letter but explained that they were not an appropriate organisation to carry out any "investigations" etc.
Though you may well, and understandably, feel inclined to dismiss this message as being from someone of unsound mind or an attention seeker, I do hope not as, as I said earlier, I do wish to be 'unburdened' with this information, and although I have shared it with several members of my close family and two trusted friends, none of us are experts.
Thank you in anticipation of your early reply.
Yours sincerely. Michael Merron.
